"Two friends and myself went on a 4 day trip to the Isle of Mull with Clare recently. The main reason for the trip was to see otters, we had been to Mull before and had a guide but we still did not see any otters. With Clare, we saw otters every day along with eagles and other animals. Clare was an excellent guide with lots of patience, she showed us what to look for when searching for otters. Her fieldcraft is excellent and she really has a love of the environment. Clare was also more than happy to help with post processing of our images giving excellent constructive criticism. I can thoroughly recommend Clare as a wildlife guide"

Our day with Clare on the Isle of May was absolutely perfect. I had considered just going on my own, but since I'm a beginner photographer I decided to use her service. I'm so glad I did! Not only did she book the ferry tickets for me, she showed us the best locations to photograph puffins and other birds as well as the best times to go to each spot. She gave good photography advice and knew a lot about the different animals. I was able to catch the shot I really wanted so because of her: puffins with salt eels! She also knew where the bathrooms were! I definitely plan to have her lead us again the next time we come to Scotland to photograph wildlife. THANK YOU CLARE!

I just wanted to thank you for your input as co-leader on the Natural World Photography Mull workshop in June 2025. You brought levity and laughter to the table as well as great knowledge and expertise. I know the whole group enjoyed your company and your guidance.

"Recently done a workshop with Clare on the isle of mull having previously done one at Aviemore the year before can honestly say two of the best experiences i’ve ever had keeping the group small (4 in total) helps keep the personal touch which is so important From the accommodation that’s provided the food and the amazing trips Clare goes all out to make sure guests get the most out of there stay, it doesn’t end there there’s loads of help when needed getting the best out of your camera something i really appreciated and also Clare is very easy to get along with and loved our chats (and some not so funny jokes🤣) throughout the day I hope i get another opportunity to do another workshop with Clare, would really look forward to to that Keep up the good work Clare and hope you get all the success in life you deserve, Joe"

"I recently completed Clare's Mull Trip in June 2026 and thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the week. Clare was an excellent guide who organised a fantastic programme of excursions, all delivered with exceptional knowledge and enthusiasm. She is friendly, approachable, and always willing to help. Her expertise is second to none, and she is generous in sharing advice and practical tips to help participants develop their skills and confidence. Clare's passion for what she does shines through, and her encouragement and support throughout the trip made the experience even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend Clare and her Mull Trip to anyone considering joining one of her tours"

"I had an absolutely fantastic photography trip to Mull with Clare Harte Photography. The whole trip was very well organised, with a small group that made it feel relaxed, friendly, and personal. Highlights included two amazing boat trips to photograph the Sea Eagles and a visit to Lunga, where we had incredible opportunities to photograph the puffins up close. The nature walk with a local guide added another dimension to the experience, providing fascinating insights into the island’s wildlife and landscapes. Clare knew all the best Otter spotting locations, giving the group some wonderful wildlife encounters throughout the trip. The regular coffee and cake stops were a lovely touch and gave everyone a chance to talk about our encounters that day. The accommodation and food were excellent, and the company throughout the trip was great fun. I also appreciated Clare’s advice on camera settings and editing techniques, which helped improve my photography and post-processing skills. Overall, this was a superb wildlife photography experience, combining stunning locations, expert guidance, excellent organisation, and wonderful company. I would highly recommend Clare’s workshop to anyone interested in wildlife photography. I can’t wait to go back"
